no, that's the X2 bonus, which has a X2 next to their picture. Purple and Pink diamonds are the same thing, it means that if you don't already have that recruit on your board, you can add him and you'll instantly be in his top 10.

Wow, never noticed this before, and had the same reaction as the first response LOL! I too still don't really get it. That, plus has anyone noticed sometimes when you call someone, there appears to be some sort of white, open padlock looking thing? If anyone knows what I mean...only thing I understand is the 2x bonus, but that is blatantly obvious, lol.

I don't understand why its so hard to put these types of things in the manual...

Im pretty sure the open padlock just means there will be some pitches that the interest is unlocked for without you having to ask the recruit about it.

I'm not sure if there's really two different colors of the diamond, I think whether somebody says pink or purple is subjective or their opinion. Anyways, I've heard numerous times that the diamond means that that prospect is "secretly" interested in you. You'll jump into their top 10 after you talk to them.
