RTG question

How do you know what schools offered you scholarships? Are they the ones where you can be a starter or something else?

It's more like the top few schools offer you one, but if you want to play at say, Northern Illinois, they aren't going to turn you away. You are basically one of those once a decade recruits that no school is going to say no to.

Ah ok. I was just shocked to see that 120 schools had a place for me. I think it would be cool for RTG to have HS name recognition. Like if you choose your HS as a well known school, that means more on signing day, etc. But I know that won't happen.

It would be cool, but I'm sure you'd have to go through naming rights, plus why waste the time entering 5000+ high schools into a video game database?

EA really doesn't care about these single player game modes anymore, but when they first came out they had so much potential.

Yeah it would be cool. I just got done with the HS playoffs with my QB from De La Salle High in California(the best HS football team of all time) and thought it would be cool if since that was my school, if I would get a shot at like 2nd string Alabama or starter at like USC or something. No I get a starting job at Oregon State.

I think you're seeing all those schools because you ended your HS playoff tourney as a 5 star recruit. I see it too.

Try again and this time, lose in your first game and only make it to college as a 3 star prospect. Compare how many schools are interested now.

But yes, RTG is yesterday's bag of cold french fries. EA has given up trying to enhance this "first person" career mode as a player, and focused on where they can make the most profit. So far, what's driven dynasty is playing online with other paying gamers.
