Im looking to start a dynasty but i dont want to use a powerhouse. The team i need has to be 3 stars or lower (so it can be at least somewhat of a rebuilding process). I would prefer to start off in a major conference so that im not playing a bunch of cupcake teams but it is not a big deal to me.

Also i would like it to have at least one somewhat dynamic player on offense to build around.

Baylor...Big 12 and Griffin at QB is a beast. Texas is a recruiting hotbed

Pitt. I believe we're a four star but you've got Baldwin and Lewis on offense and Romeus, Williams and Gruber on defense along with a decent recruiting pipeline in PA/WV/OH and FL. Go with Sunseri at QB as well.

I say go with Washington Huskies.... 3 stars...in the Pac 10.

you have Heisman candidate QB Jake Locker... good young RBs and WRs... defense is a bit of a struggle though...

Take Colorado, not really a good team but has some nice players in Stewart at RB and McKnight at WR.
