Sort of randomly. Some times I pick a school from a non-BCS conference, sometimes a lower to mid tiered team from a bigger conference.

No rhyme or reason.

I usually go for a non-BCS conference team that has appealing uniforms, and some form of impact player at QB or RB that will be fun to play with. It also helps to be in a good recruiting state such as Texas, California, Florida, etc.

I've never had a problem using other teams. Heck, I'm a Texas fan and when I play online I use Texas Tech and USC a bunch. I do make sure to bring my A game when I'm facing OU either online or on dynasty though.

Considering they're already a 6* program, it wouldn't take long to become a really good team, so yeah probably a little easy.

They still have a hard schedule though and with sliders it may be hard to win 9 games a year yano?

I wouldn't say they have a hard schedule, looks more like a medium schedule imo. Anyway, i was referring more towards the long term diffuculty of the franchise.
