As blackscorpion says, I believe it does show in the pregame menu

ODogg no disrespect but just loaded a game in a dynasty I have going and its not there. Showed the band on the field, then the ESPN set with no one at the table, then the crowd, then my player running on the field, and last my players on the field and the "player to watch". No weather. After the "player to watch" it went to the coin toss.
The only time I have seen anything about the weather was in play now games where you can choose the weather & game time. Nothing like we have had in years past.
