He is fast but he is not that fast. Jeff Demps is in a class all by himself.

Yeah this is a huge problem and i think the issue is that receivers seem to unrealistically slow down after a catch, even if its perfectly on stride, and take a LONG time to get back to full speed.

Perhaps this is tied to the Catch rating?

Players with high catch will slow down less.

A couple of us slider tweakers have set our threshold to 0. It makes a big difference.

or it could be tied to the catch slider since versuz2's sliders have the catch slider at 100 and i haven't noticed this since I have been using them

Fast players get caught from behind all the time. A player with elite speed may get the ball 10 times. He gets stopped 9 times and breaks free the 1. The problem is that we just tend to forget the 9 and remember the one.

The only situation where I feel to many people get caught from behind are on kick/punt returns. In real life if a returner gets past a defender that defender will not make the stop unless returner gets cute and tries to reverse the field. But in this game way to often I get past the gunners only to have the gunners tackle me shortly after.
