For the 800th year in a row, (OK, maybe 8th) when the AI runs a no-huddle on you at the end of the game, they only wait until their guys are onside before snapping the ball. When your defenders are trying to hustle back into position for the play, they are just offsides. IRL, isn't the official supposed to hold the play as long as the defense is running back into position?

nope. if the offense is set for 1 second, if the defense is offsides, too bad.

You're thinking about the substitutions...if the offense runs a chinese firedrill substitution group, the ref will hold up play and give the defense a chance to sub (within reason).

I have not seen this, in fact often when my offense is set I think "why can't I snap the ball??" while I'm waiting for the CPU players to get back on their side of the ball. Very frustrating.

I haven't seen this yet. it seems pretty much every time, the QB is the last person on the field to line up when using no-huddle.

Perhaps this is my bad, but it seems like the time (IRL) it takes to reset the chains after a first down should eliminate this. But every once in a while I have a D lineman who lags way behind the play and cannot get back onside in time.

By holding A, you can rush your offensive players to the line. I wonder if this works for defense too.

What frustrates me the most...and if never happened before this season...

Defense gets lined up... an offensive linemen is last one to get set... but he lines up 3 yards across the line of scrimmage, touching a defensive player, before the QB snaps the ball, a penalty flag is thrown.

Offsides/false start? Nope. The offense player who lined up on the wrong side of the ball touching a defensive player isn't at fault. It's an encroachment penalty against the defensive player the offensive linemen lined up and touched... even if it's a linebacker and the offensive linemen is between your DT and your MLB, touching the MLB, and fully behind the DT... yep, encroachment on the defense...

LOL, you guys find the weirdest stuff in your games. I've never seen that either, that sounds pretty funny though.

I've watched one of my DL run through the O-Line and get a penalty while trying to get back to the LOS.
