For most of us, this isn't going to be a problem after a season of play, but I do feel for the new guys and more casual fans who are going to be hurt from this change.
It is also true that real life DCs don't have to scroll through a play calling screen, find their formation, then choose what to call. They just signal in what they want after they see who the offense has put on the field.

What would really be cool is if we could edit the playbooks and just take out the things we never call. Then you could be as simple or complex as you like and get through your options more efficiently.

User specific playbooks would be awesome

I agree because when you go to a formation and it has 28 plays to choose from, it takes a little while!

Defensive confusion is one of the goals of the no-huddle offense. With the game's emphasis on the no-huddle this year, I like the pressure it puts on the defensive playcaller.

You know if you hold down left trigger, you can cycle through 3 plays at a time in bluff mode. Makes it like the old way. It saves you a little time...other than that, I would say that you get used to the amount of time you have eventually
