Names in game not showing

Hello all. I looked and didn't see this anywhere. I'm having an issue where both in online and offline, using various rosters, including the OS community set (CK11, for example) some games my players' names will show as normal and some games they won't. The other teams' names seem to show, but for me there is nothing about 50% of the time. This makes it hard to see who is being "user controlled" because nothing other than the red circle under the player is visible (and because I'm red/green colorblind, I can barely see that).

So, do you have this too?

How do I fix, if at all?

First, are you referring to in-game names under the players?

If yes, what team are you using? I know that Notre Dame, when wearing the navy jerseys only, do not have names under the players. Northwestern is the other team that I am aware of with this issue although I am not sure if it is with one specific jersey.

I am sure that this has been listed under the BUGS / GLITCHES thread.

Yeah, the in game names under the players. I use Kansas a lot and get it with them. I've had it with Notre Dame online. I may have had it with Marshall online but I've got an offline game going right now with Kansas and they're missing in that one.

Add the Oregon all-blacks to the list of uniforms that won't show names under the players

Don't forget about some teams having player names spaced out. I've seen this for Notre Dame when names show. Looks like every letter has a space after it.

Also playing an ND dynasty. Haven't seen this except for Te'o (community roster has it as "Te o") since you can't have apostrophes in names and Kapron Lewis-Moore (community roster has it as "Lewis Moore") since you can't have ANY symbols in name. Question is, WHY can't you have apostrophe or dashes in names when it's so common?

Oh, of course I also have the names not showing up issue.

I didn't know of this issue, but I do wish I had the OPTION to turn off the names display. It was an option on last gen and I always did this to reduce clutter on the screen. I know the names of the guys on my team...
