Best Small school in NCAA 2011?

There are alot of really interesting schools in C-USA. After I win a few championships at Utah I think I'll try and take over one of those schools.

Western Michigan is a 1* with rating's all in the C's I believe UAB is similiar with a 1* prestige as well

Uconn is still considered small in football, athough obviously they're one of the biggest schools in the North East (if not the biggest?). I was going to suggest UConn... solid team, can pull a lot of decent recruits, yet not a national contender.
