Please Help! Online Dynasty Issue...

I've searched all over the forums and couldnt quite find my answer.

Last night 2 guys in our league tried to play a game and it froze on them in the 4th qtr with 4 minutes to go and only a 10 pt lead.

The one guy proceeded to finish the game vs the CPU. Naturally, they'd like to replay this game

Ive tried to reset the scores but whenever I do I get the "Online Dynasty Not Available Message" although I can do other things within the dynasty , only tryin to reset scores gives me that message

One of the users has a score of 0-0 but the other user shows the final score

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated

The guy played against the CPU .. so he must not of really wanted to play the guy since he was presented with the option of nullifying the game or continuing. Nothing you can do but void the win if you wish... otherwise ... move along.

this happened to me, but it never said anything about nullifying the results.

Voiding the win is what I'm trying to figure out how to do. When I went to the Dynasty Wire and hit A on those games, canceling the results wasnt working

I told the other guy he should've just went back to the dashboard or something so the game wouldnt register. We all just got the game so not too familiar with how EA Servers operate

Finishing the game was a dumb move on his behalf though
