Conservative tackling kinda stops the CPU's RB's from covering up the ball.

I've used that strategy a few games now and it seems as if the CPU RB's in the open field don't cover up as much anymore. Since the Human defenders aren't going for the strip as much the RB's seem to go away from protecting the ball in the open field.

They still do it from time to time but it has made huge difference now.

Also i'm not sure if it's the 2nd patch or edits I've made to mobile QB's but i turned my option to conservative for QB scrambling and now i see even pocket guys trying to run a little more.

I'll have to test out it with default rosters later in the week but right now i'm not seeing hardly any RB's cover up as much with that change to my strategy they also don't fumble as much anymore either.

I posted some videos in this thread and you'll see on all 5 runs the CPU RB's only covered up the ball when they saw a defender coming to make the tackle.

I am definitely going to test this out.

I tried this in one game so far. Don't know if its placebo, but this may be true. Although, I have RB Ability at 95 for the CPU so I don't know what effect that has, if any, on when the CPU covers the ball.

I have RBA slider at 45 and they still seem to only cover up mostly when a defender is near.
