Texas A&M does the gig em sign with both thumbs basically giving 2 thumbs up

North Texas does the Eagle Claw. You kinda swoop your right hand into the air and extend the thumb, pointer, and middle finger while slightly curling them (like a claw).

Oregon holds their hands together like an "O" I do not know if it would be considered a team animation because only a few players do it but you usually see it every other game after a TD

One they didn't include is Eastern Michigan, the look of pure shock on players' faces that they were able to score a TD despite having that incompetent clown Ron English coaching the team.
