Dynasty Settings ?

I'm just starting a dynasty and have a few questions.

How do you set up teams to be more conservitive and not blitz so much ? What settings work best ?

I'm going to use the coaching sliders so the teams run and pass as they should, does this help ?

Anything else I should change to get the best / most realistic game possible ?

Using some "Coaching" sliders done by "YouAlreadyKnow" found in the slider section. They seem to work but have only played 8 games using them. I have seen teams play more zone/man when I'm in pass formations but at the same time I have seen teams send 6-7 guys on a blitz leaving guys wide open for big plays. They do help but there are just some things that can't be corrected.

Re: Dynasty Settings ?

I read somewhere that you can change the cpu teams to be much less aggressive and blitz less but am not sure what to set them too.

I also read that you can make your players be more conservative when tackling and this causes less fumbles.
