Teambuilder Dynasty, do you just develop rivalries over time?

I have 0 rivalries.. I replaced Texas A&M with my team and moved me and the Longhorns to the SEC...

The longhorns weren't a rivalry game... neither were any of my SEC games in season 1 of my dynasty.

What counts toward developing rivalries? Or will I just never have any?

I don't think you can make any rivalrys.

If you look through your teams stats and all that it should say who your 1 rival is. Also it won't count towards a rival game anyways for some reason.

so does that mean I should never make that promise pitch to recruits, "Winning record vs rivalries"

because it'll always be 0-0 every year? Blah
