Mass Subs will remove redshirts w/o permission

What does your OL depth chart look like?? If you have a guy listed as the backup at more than one spot on the OL the CPU will put somebody else at one of those spots.

Damn, I gotta keep an eye out for mine. I always end up with Backup RB's playing LB and a QB playing FS (and he did a damn good job)

I mass sub in blowouts and havent seen this happen. Just checked my roster and all my guys still have a RS

Did you do formation subs at all?

1) I seem to remember this happening before, too, and it didn't remove the redshirt. I would double check to make sure; just them being out there doesn't guarantee the RS is gone.

2) Don't quote me, but I just played a game where I saw my #4 and #5 DTs show up when I mass subbed, yet those players are not listed on my depth chart (I had backup DEs in those slots). I mention this in the sense that perhaps EA tweaked the substitution logic so that the game is now subbing in guys at the correct positions (not by OVR like it was before); so potentially that means no more TEs and RBs getting subbed onto the OL for the CPU, no more CBs playing WR for users, etc.

Not downplaying this but I am one who does my depth chart pretty thoroughly and I make sure none of my redshirts even sniff a depth chart list. Doing that would solve the problem...

It would suck, but bottom line, go through your depth chart and make sure none of your redshirts are listed. IRL, redshirts are not listed anywhere on a depth chart. Pretty simple...
