Highest incoming recruit rating?

What is the highest rating of a recruit (non-created obviously) you've seen in NCAA 11? It can be a guy you've landed, or one from another team.

In my multi-team dynasty, I got a QB named Austin Peterson to go to LSU and he was an 87 as a freshman. Guy is a beast!

So what have you guys seen?

Got an athlete that I played ROLB because I didn't have a good one and he fit the spot well at 83 OVR. However his best position was DE 89 OVR and DT 87 OVR. I don't know how since he 6'1" 185 but, I didn't question it. I got him with Florida by the way.

83 jovon downing, 6'3'' 240 lbs safety. 98 speed 84 strength

I was recruiting him hardcore in my dynasty, but Texas got him. He was an 84 overall his freshman year.

I had an athelete come in with 86 ovr at the C position, had high 80's blocking and strength. It felt kind of cheesy though because he only weighed 210 lbs.

So far the highest i got was an 82 overall 6'4'' 215 pound wide receiver.

Best recruit I've landed was a 3-star TE that came in only rated at a 66 at TE but became a 86 QB. I can't remember the exact numbers but his Throw Power was near 99 and his Throw Accuracy was in the high 80s. He ended up being my starting QB. It was a pretty nice surprise considering I was only expecting a sub-par TE and got a star QB.
