I'm not talking about a rival who doesn't need the help tho, I'm talking about a program that can't get to a B or B- at least overall without help. UofL for instance cant get to a B level without help recruiting wise, making them a pointless rival. Same goes for Vandy, Indiana, etc. I'm not suggesting a Texas dynasty owner help Oklahoma, that would be silly
