Can Xbox 360 users at least get an explananation why we don't have the patch/tuning?

Dynasty is not broken....there are just a bunch of cry babies on OS who apparently think they will ever get everything they want. Hell up to this point everything everybody has complained about I haven't had problems with.

I don't know the exact science behind it, but the reason PS3 gets updates for cross platform games before 360 is because Microsoft has to approve the data packets from EA before they can release it, I believe sony/playstation do not have these rules/regulations. It was the same way with call of duty MW2 updates. PS3 got them then a few days later 360. Also as someone stated the holiday weekend may or may not have had an impact.

I'd almost guarantee this is Microsoft holding it up. This used to happen with the CoD patches... PS3 would get it days earlier, sometimes a week+ earlier.

But, honestly, I'm glad not to have it at this point. I've been really enjoying dynasty mode since patch #2 and tuner #2, and can live with the glitches and errors till the patch is ready. The PS3 patch sounds like a mess so far.

I do believe the sentiment can be overly critical on these boards at times. I have enjoyed a multiple user online dynasty for 7 seasons and we will continue to enjoy them with some adjustments after this patch and tuner set. It is the only college game in town and it has layers of strategy and depth that make it my favorite football game of all time. If I was to go off these boards alone I could reasonable assume the game was an unplayable disaster which it clearly is not.

It's not even like he was expressing an opinion, he was simply discussing his thoughts and ideas as to why the patch hasn't arrived. He wasn't even being a jerk about it. Chill out, it's just a game.
