Hot Streak. What is it?

...and what does it do? It seems like every QB, RB, and each starting WR I play against has it REGARDLESS of the stats of previous games.

Re: Hot Streak. What is it?

I'm wondering this as well. Does anyone know what the hot streak does?

I came off a game where I had 2 TDs and 4 INTs with my Navy QB and I was on a "hot streak"

Yah, I had something similar with my WR. He had a game with no catches but I looked in the next game and he was on a hot streak lol. There's a lot of unanswered questions about it. Is it random or it based on performance? Does it gives attribute boosts or just note who's playing good? What is it? lol

Re: Hot Streak. What is it?

No I do think it is based on performance, but loosely. Say you just had 2 games where you threw for 350 yards and 3 TDs in each game, but you struggle in your next game and throw for 150, 2 TDs, and 3 picks. I think it takes the total of the games and says, well you got 850 yards, 8 TDs, and 3 INTs in your last 3 (which isn't too bad) so that's considered to be a "hot streak." Not 100% sure that's how it works, but it's my best guess.

Where would you see the "hot streak" designation? In game? Depth chart? On the field?

In any screen where you can see your players' names. The "fire" is behind the picture of your player. You can find it on roster, stats, depth chart or any other listing where players' info is available.

Not sure what it means either. I typically check my depth chart to see if anyone of my players gained any points during in-season progression but not sure if that impacts hot streak or not.
