Coach in Off-line Dynasty Mode

If you customize a coach's name and pick a team in Offline Dynasty mode for example say a 1* school and build it up for a few seasons and are successful. Later, can your coach get job offers at a higher *(star) school?

My possible plan is to do something like SDSU then do well and move on to say Oregon or Texas.

Yep, you will get job offers from other schools.
