Ever Win The Heisman W/ A Defensive Guy In RTG?

If so, what kind of stats did you put up?


I've got one season left w/ my linebacker, he's won the Bednarik 3 times, the Nagurski twice and the best LB twice now but he's never been anywhere on the heisman list. I know its very rare for defenders to win it in real life but I figure its probably more possible in a video game. I feel like I'd have a decent shot if I could get more than a few sacks per season. I swear I get 15 QB hits a year but only 3 sacks.

I do not think its possible unless this guy gets like 30 + sacks or something that won't happen irl like maybe 20 sack 10 int 80 tackle type stuff.

Yeah and its impossible to get those kind of sacks when every time you hit the QB he manages to just get the ball out a millisecond before you hit him. EVERY FREAKING TIME. So frustrating.

Right now I'm leading then nation in tackles, have 5 INT's, 3 sacks, 6 forced fumbles, 2 FR's and a defensive TD. Great numbers, but not heisman numbers obviously.

it wasnt in RTG but my corner back for ohio state almost won the heisman averaging an amazing 2.6 INT's a game. with at least 1 TD every game. he was just always all over the place

When Charles Woodson won it, how many defensive TDs did he score? I am sure you will get it in-game with alot of Pick Six's and fumble recoveries for TDs.

Woodson also returned punts IIRC.

It really isn't hard to do epscially if your playing DB. Atleast 10 picks, 5 for TD couple fumbles maybe and atleast 50+ tackles you'll get it.
