Formation subs glitch

In my offline dynasty, I can only use 14 formation subs instead of the 50 that I should be able to. When it says I have 36/50 formation subs left & I try to set a sub, a message pops up & says I've used all 50 form subs. This happen to anyone else?

Same here...Year 1 was fine. After year 1 and year 2, I could only go to 27. After year 3, it has only let me go up to 33.

I am so tired of EA games these days having these inexcusable glitches in them.

Your formation subs carry over from the previous year. Reset them at the beginning of the year (RB or probably R1 or R2 on PS3 from formation sub screen).
