My Custom conferences with 1st year records

I made these custom conferences mostly based on geography, with a little history then I did on balance. That being said I tried to keep the really low rated teams out of the BCS conferences with the exception of a few of the Texas schools. The MAC and Sunbelt only have one or two changes each. The Indepedents were simply what I had left over and could not find a better place for them based on their geography and team ratings. Geographically their should only be a few teams noticeably out of place.
