I just had a quick question, that doesn't have much to do with recruiting itself: Does it matter whether you recruit before or after a game?

No, it doesn't.

Of course you'd want to make sure there aren't any guys ready to visit during that game that need their activities set. And even if there aren't guys invited in a previous week who are now visiting, you can often find guys who are ready to visit that you can have come during that same week (assuming its a home game of course), so it's best to at least check your recruits out beforehand. But as far as what impact your pitches are going to have, I don't think it matters. I don't know if it affects instacommits. Doubtful.

You don't have to do ANY recruiting before the game, ever.

Even when it comes to visiting recruits, you can do ALL of that after the game. Trust me, I've forgotten multiple times.
