Re: What's your favorite aspect of NCAA 11?
The fun factor is off the charts with this game. Yes, I'd rate it the best football game I've ever played in 19 years of playing them.
1. First and foremost, the game looks fantastic. The combination of the new lighting, close-up camera angles on cut scenes and replays, progressive lighting, dirty uniforms, stadiums and player models make this a thing of beauty, with only the fans being an eyesore.
2. Gameplay is solid, enabling me to overlook a couple of maddening flaws (CPU pass rush too strong on play-action, linebackers leaping too high to break up passes too often, commentary is atrocious).
3. Every team I've played as or against so far (about 90 of them) has their authentic fight song and there are more mascots (around 78) than before.
