Best Playbook for Multiple TE Sets?

I'm looking for a playbook that maximizes the use of multiple talented TE.

Two and even three TE sets? Perhaps with a little option mixed in?

Any thoughts?

Re: Best Playbook for Multiple TE Sets?

Wisconsin actually does a pretty good job. I don't know about 3 TE, but almost every formation has 2 TE and there are a few option plays in each set. I-2te, Strong 2TE, weak 2te, ace 2 TE (in multiple ways), Shotgun with the same formations as the ACE. It is pretty dang nice for a TE playbook. I usually have the leading TE and a backup that does pretty well, plus a RB heavy playbook is something I'm a fan of as well.

Right now I'm running a MN dynasty with the WI playbook, a power RB and two quick RBs (that all get plenty of time with formation subbing), two young TEs that I recruited with 80 and 78 speed who are catching a ton of balls, and a QB that I inherited on the roster who's got some decent running but really is a great passer (Parish).

Nebraska has the best play book in the game for multiple TE's. I wouldn't say it's the best TE pass playbook, but you can run very effective from several formations. It has effective motion, option, good shotgun pass plays, and variety.

Agree. Now if the god damned cpu would let me get ONE f-ing TE recruit, after Cotton and Reed are gone in my OD. Seriously pissed now for two years with FBs and OTs in their place. That after Kyler Reed had over 1000 yds receiving his snr year.

Nebraska, Eastern Michigan, BC, WISC, are good for heavy run first type sets.

UTEP has better balance and some good option runs.

Yeah recruiting TEs is hit or miss, all I ever saw was 2 and 3 star guys and then in my 8th year I was able to land a 5 and a 4 star TE, both of which are complete freaks
