How do you move teams around?

In dynasty before you pick your team just press Y (on Xbox) and you can switch out teams.

Is there anyway to do it a few years into a dynasty?

Nope.

I'm gonna do this tonight & start a new dynasty. I'm just going to switch it up as best as I can.
