Starters Disappering

Has anybody had their starting off. and def. players disappear right when the game was getting interesting? Once I needed to get my WR some catches to have 2 1000 yd WRs and in the 4th quarter he disappears. I can't sub him in and he's not listed in the injury report and then today I was making a huge comeback and all the sudden about 12 out of my 22 starters are just gone from the game in the 4th quarter. I had to make the comeback with back up WR's LB's and DL's WHERE THE HELL DID MY PLAYERS GO?

theres a thing called the search function.

Check how you have your auto subs set up. The AI will sub players if the starter gets tired quite a bit. The player is still listed on the depth chart but there is no way to get them in the game.
