Recruiting difficulty

What does everybody think is the most realistic setting for recruiting difficulty?

Re: Recruiting difficulty

I don't know if it is the most realistic but I have been using AA since day 1. Since Varsity is the default level I have wondered if it may be the most realistic. IMO with the slot machine style pitches we have this year none of it seems realistic.

Re: Recruiting difficulty

recruiting will never be realistic until we get the option to pay a recruits dad 180k cash

as for getting realistic results the difficultly relates to how much IRL time you put into recruiting. If you like to breeze through it freshman or varsity will give you a realistic number of commits and if you like to really get into it AA or heisman is better

they should make a blitz college game like the league where in addition to normal recruiting you get a slush fund to control, small schools would only get a small amount but they could use it all on one superstar to turn their program around

Re: Recruiting difficulty

I have a question about recruiting. You are recruiting certain people during the seaon. At the end on the season when your in the off season, in the 5 week span, you might get a couple of 5 or 4 star players (depending on what school you use) out of the blue who are interested in signing. My question is, where do they come from? A recruit who may have backed out of signing with another school or what?? Also, when it says signing walk ons, why is it we never get any walk on players?? Or do we and I'm missing something?? Just kind of curious

Re: Recruiting difficulty

For a big time program Heisman is really good. It's necessarily tough. I don't know how that level translates to the smaller schools though.

Re: Recruiting difficulty

I recruit on Heisman in my Duke dynasty and I've been getting somewhere between the #50-70 classes each year, which I think is just about spot-on.
