Re: spread offense

Not familiar with that specific playbook, but I run (with great success) SPREAD and AIR RAID playbooks. Best thing to do is make sure you are running plays that attack multiple areas of the field (i.e. don't run all receivers deep, just like in real life, because the completion percentage is lower)... switch up between zone routes (hooks, curls) and man routes on different areas of the field.

As for types of plays, look for meshes, crosses, etc... don;t be afraid to hot route guys as well...

Depending on how good your receivers are, you will normally have a mismatch with your slot receiver on their linebacker or safety so look to get him the ball. Use formation subs to put your #1 receiver in the slot to really exploit this mismatch.
As far as specific plays, my favorite pass play is "Stick." I'm not sure what formation in Miss St's playbook would have it, but I'm sure it is in there somewhere. The curl/flat route combination works well against zone defenses, and the slant or streak will typically be open against man-to-man.

"Stick" is a very cheap play. Look it up on YouTube when ran a certain way it can be almost impossible to stop. It's in the Syracuse playbook to
