Roster changes to make for madden import

What changes should I make to a roster that I want to successfully transition to madden for 4 years. What I notice is quarterbacks seem to be the worst rated so I'm tempted to give some of the elite pro style quarterbacks 99 in thp and tha. I especially need tips on what freshman I should boost stats on since I only know the big name freshman. Basically just give me a rundown of changes I should make so I get 4 good draft classes.

If I want a speedster like Noel Devine to transition well should I give him all 99s?

I will be simming these 4 years so I don't care if the game won't play realistically since I probably will never play a down.

Make QBs (alot), linemen (both ofensive and defensive) and LBs better, and CBs and FBs alot worse.

I remember one of those videos that Ben and crew did before the game came out where they talked about how they were trying to make players move over to Madden better then NCAA 10. I guess that just didn't happen. Another example for the need for full customization for both games.

1st round QB's: At least 92 in THP, THA, and AWR. At least 98 OVR.
Lower all OG, OC, and RT so there are only a handful of players above 90 OVR
Lower all FS and SS the same way
1st round WR's: At least 95 OVR
Lower all FB so there are no players above 85 OVR
Raise OVR for players who don't meet the desired height/weight for their position (like Noel Devine, Ryan Broyles, Kellen Moore, etc.)
