Why dont they show the entire play develop from snap to finish?

Sometimes the best part of the play is cut out.

Does the ps3 not have enough memory to store it or something?

I've noticed this too. PS3 as well. Pisses me off. I usually want to see how the play unfolded with the primary blocks, but I never get to on those long plays..
