huh

Has anybody had this happen before?

I'm on NCAA 10 btw...

I started a dynasty with Oklahoma State and we open against Georgia, we are down 17 - 26 in the final minutes and would need a miracle to win obviously, anyway we drive down the field and I pass to my receiver who catches the ball in the endzone to make it 23 - 26... I don't see a need of risking a 2pt conversion so I decide to kick... Georgia challenges the play, and it's reversed and the ball is spotted at the 1 yard line...

When I get back on the field the clock is at 3 seconds so I call a time out real quick to get a play, hit the touchdown, kick the extra point and game is over.

My question is, what would they be challenging, and why would it go to the 1 yard line, we were originally around the 10... I probably wouldn't have got the ball back anyway, but I'm a little upset to say the least.

I super sim the defense btw.

Re: huh

I play the same way you do, supersimming defense and playing NCAA 10, but only once did this happen. That was on a QB Sneak where the QB automatically dives in. It was obvious he was in. But for some reason it was downed at the one

Re: huh

I was pretty upset... My guy was in the middle of the end zone when he was tackled. I probably wouldn't have gotten the on-side, but it would have been nice to try.
