No its not, its a glitch. And "Burn That Shirt" is when you play a redshirted player and have him win player of the game.

It is a glitch and it's because you he had his redshirt was removed. Lots of people have seen this glitch before.

The sad thing is that I'm pretty sure this bug was in '10 as well.
