How does equal teams work? Say I'm Nevada, and my opponent is BOise, If I use equal teams would my players play just like Boise's? Like would Kaepernick's Ovr. and Stats (Like Speed, TP, TA)=Moore's (Which would work terribly, as Kellen Moore can't run a Pistol well)?

AFAICT they just play like better versions of the same type of player. So if you have a 75 Possession WR as your top guy vs. a 95 Speed guy on the other team, now your guy plays like a 95 Possession WR. I only played it a handful of times though, so I'm not 100%.
