I know this was in NCAA 10, but is it in NCAA 11? I can't find the option anywhere. I am in an OD that is ending and I was hoping to download it and continue it on my own or rehost it with me as the commissioner.

I don't think that feature is it this year. I think the only thing you can actually download from the online dynasty is draft classes and that's it.
