i won't get into my thoughts on that lawsuit since its a different topic for a different thread but yea i just got this email as well. I prob will request to be removed since this is a stupid lawsuit that has no chance of winning. I'd rather removed myself from it then have something happen without me even knowing what or paying much attention to it.

it isn't a monopoly though, just because they have the exclusive rights to the NFL brand doesnt mean its a monopoly. A monopoly would be if they and only they could create any type of football game. Other companies can and have created alternative football games.
