Not sure, I'm thinking it's a misinterpretation of a poorly worded statement, but then again, if it was in previous installments then maybe not.

Yes. It was in LAst gen
If it is added, ALOT more people will play RTG more.

This thread is so dumb , what coach in thier right mind would give up their job to you. and if hes under contract. stupid and why not go into NFL.

How about instead we have a mode where you don't make the team at all or you're a benchwarmer, then you become a grad assistant and eventually become a coach like 200 hours of gameplay later.

Definitely sounds cool, but I hope like others have said you don't have to go through being a player first before coming a coach, or at least you have the option to go straight to coach. Or even the coach mode is within dynasty instead. But if the only way to experience a coaching legacy was through RTG... ugh... I'll stay positive though until we hear more!
