Virginia Tech Hokies

They have constantly been trying to get over the hump and win a national championship for years now, but every year they make a mistake somewhere and don't quite make it. The talent is usually there, but the execution has yet to work. Longtime coach Frank Beamer has made some coaching and recruiting changes, and with a new QB, the future seems bright.

Besides, they have one of the greatest homefield advantages, one of the best gametime atmospheres, and some of the most loyal fans in all of college football.

Shameless recruiting aside, here are some videos of their entrance.

As far as atmosphere goes, play at LSU @ Night...they caused the only earthquake ever in the state of Louisiana

Impressive, but here's the record breaker...

Clemson isn't the real anything. Clemson is what you get when you combine LSU and Auburn.

As much as I despise LSU, I gotta agree with 'em... Y'all should google & read about how they stole not only the mascot from Auburn, but the colors as well. Death Valley = LSU

Imposters!

University of Washington Huskies (see avatar)

For some good reasons too...
  1. The Jake Locker era has closed, and now it's on to a more balanced offensive attack, with some hopefully improved passing accuracy.
  2. An improved, but still underrated defensive line will help take advantage of underclassmen across the line of scrimmage.
  3. Polk, as a junior, running all over defenses should help people situate themselves to any gameplay changes.
  4. Choosing between Keith Price and Nick Montana should make a fun QB showdown. One trick though is that Montana has already used his redshirt, so it's play him (platooning) or sit him.
  5. If coaching strengths are included (especially recruiting), then it should be fairly easy to improve the program over the next two seasons, as they're already on an upswing, winning the Holiday Bowl against Nebraska last season.
  6. Pac 12 this year.

Re: NCAA - Who to be..

At this moment in time I am going to go with:

TCU

Not entirely sure why, their uniforms I do love since I saw them and something is pulling me into them.

Obviously such a BIG decision will be finalised when I get hold of a copy of either "NCAA Football 11" or a 2 months wait till "12" where the only Mississippi State may sway me after I get a feel of both teams.

But for now it's the Horned Frogs.

Thanks for all the suggestions and "recruiting" job you guys did, I truly appreciate the time spent.
