I am pretty sure I read that it is still in the game and I am sure that if it is in the game they plan on it working.

I kind of wish you could use the weather channel feature in dynasty. I know it would be kinda silly depending on the time of year you are playing the game but I like playing in real world weather and it seems to be more variable than the weather you get in dynasty.
