How in the World do you win Coach of the Year

Hello All,

I think the title states the issue at hand. I have run 8 dynasties, ranging from FSU to UAB, have won important bowl games and had top recruiting classes in each, and I cannot win this trophy (nor, in any of my dynasties, do I ever even see who won it).

I'm playing on the 360; is there some magic formula to winning this damnable trophy? Any help most appreciated.

Finish WAY above expectations.
Huge turnarounds from the year before
Undefeated with a low prestige school

Those are a few ways I have won it. Recruiting classes have nothing to do with it, and there really is no chance of winning it with a 4 star or above school.

My thought exactly...

I'm sure next year it will be based on goals, this year, probly just winning games.

I just won it with a 6 star school (Tennessee).
We were preseason #14 and ended up going 14-0 and winning the National Championship.
Not sure if it helped or not, but we also won 4 individual awards including the Heisman.

This.... I win it at least 75% of the dynasties with my first 2-star job and then make a jump to a 4/5*

I think I remember winning it in NCAA 10 when I did a Western Michigan dynasty, the year I went undefeated with them.

Yeah, I've won it with FIU (after a few seasons and being 3* program), but never one with with I high profile team.
