for teambuilder i'm just thinking maybe its possible to edit rosters through teambuilder but i even doubt that because you'd think that would have been mentioned by now.

That roster share we see at the main menu i think is pretty much like other game's share feature where you can download other people's files like rosters if they choose to upload them rather than having to do it through a usb or some other way.
