Question about Coaching Carousel

Like most I really like this and have been thinking about how I want to go about starting my Coach Mode. I plan on starting as the OC for WKU and moving my way up, hoping to get a job as HC at Alabama. But what I want to know is if I'm there at WKU for 2-3 years and help win a bunch of game, if the HC gets a better job and take it do I move to that school with the HC if I'm not offered the HC job at WKU? Or do you have to stay behind and work for the new HC there?

Very interesting question, which I have to say I haven't though about. I wonder if you automatically get a coordinator offer to his new school, stay with your current?

Thanks for summing that up for me, I get long winded. But does anyone have a clue if you go with the HC or stay behind?

I don't think the CC is deep enough so that the HC would want you to come with him. It is still possible that the HC would offer you a OC/DC position at his new school, but its not a given.

Yea I doubt they would move with the HC. I think there would be too much coach movement for the game to handle.
