I don't plan on Recruiting at my first job either as a OC. It isint very realistic.

Wait a minute, so players as coordinators can also do the recruiting for the team? Heard somewhere on one of the interview vids that the HC is held responsible for the recruiting and all the contractual goals for recruiting will all be on the HC not either of the coordinators. Sounds like an easy way to get rid of the head coach when you are a prized coordinator at the school you wish to stay at for awhile.

Just make sure the recruiting goals for the HC are missed and before you know it, Open HC position at your University.

It is realistic, but not a whole class worth, maybe put restrictions on yourself like you can only recruit for 3 hours of time, or only 4 players or something like that

I plan on controlling all the offensive players we recruit.Since I will run a Run-Heavy Prostyle Custom Playbook. I will recruit to my side. I plan on staying at my first job for 3-4 seasons. So by the 3rd season, I want to be able to get into the top 30 in offense
