Well I mean you couple them with LSU and they might as well just take that whole Big 12 down by themselves then eat the rest of that ACC for dessert haha.

ACC is better, but I'm trying to figure out why 6 of the teams in the ACC are from states that don't even touch the Atlantic Coast. Bama and Auburn are a stretch but that at least gets you to halfway.

Arkansas, LSU, OSU, Wisconsin??? You at least could have used actual Atlantic Coast state rivalries like USC vs. Clemson, VaTech vs. Virginia, Georgia vs. Georgia Tech.

Are we comparing the game ratings or are you guys just going off how you think it would be in real life? I'm going to be the first dissenter and say I think the Big 12 is better. By a pretty solid margin after you get past the first few elite teams.

Definitely outnumbered on that one.

Even trying to be objective I can't see how it is even close.

The top half of his list in the Big 12 isn't as impressive as the top half of the ACC list. My first knee-jerk reaction was the ACC was better until I went down the list team by team and realize the Big 12 is stacked at the bottom of his list and there is a lot of mediocrity in that ACC list. You could argue one is better than the other but "not even close" is ridiculous. If you go down that list team by team in order of quality I find it's mostly a wash or advantage Big 12 (IMO!). In any case it's certainly two very very strong conferences with neither being a huge winner over the other. If the question is will they be competitive and balanced against each other my answer is very much so.

I just kind of split the country half and half, I wasn't really taking geography too much into account. I had to pick 2 conferences and those were the ones that I chose.
