You guys are all missing one important step that makes the most sense and EA would probably use it to sell more games. You can become a DC/OC after retiring from Madden. You can already import your guy to the NFL, why can't you bring him back down to coach? Then back up to coach in the NFL if you so choose. For the people interested it would keep both games on your shelf as opposed to trading them in at Gamestop.

That would be awesome.. But I doubt it will ever happen like that.

I could see it happen in 2020 or so once there is console interplayability and there is a seemless fully integrated football universe between ncaa/madden. Then it probably will be an easy feature to implement but now, we are far from that
