Waiting to get the Game

I plan on waiting a week or two after the game is released to get it. Why, you may ask?

Well, I'm not much for playing with unnamed and not up-to-date rosters. I'd rather give the community a little bit of time to get some rosters made before I go get the game.

Not to sound like a jerk, but I have much better things to do in that time than play a game. That being said, I can't wait to get my hands on NCAA 12.

Just curious if anyone else waits to get the game, or if I am all alone on this.

I was going to for the same reason but figured I'd better make sure of the team I want to pick as I have no alliegence to any college team (plan on Washington for now) and make a playbook full of flash and trickery.

Perfectly fine. I would do the same thing, but I'm just too anticipated for the game..

I would like to say that I would but, I'm too weak

Just like I told myself that I wouldn't buy The Show this year until the minors were out. But, as soon as I saw a sale for $10 off one day after release I jumped on it. I'll probably get NCAA on release day and while the roster are being named I'll spend my time getting my sliders set and what not.

i wont start a dynasty til rosters are done, but there are plenty of reasons to get the game when it comes out... i plan on making/modding my FCS teambuilder team, spending time creating a few playbooks, figuring out gameplay and adjusting sliders if necessary, and playing online

NCAA has always been a day one buy for me. I don't care what anyone says. Call me a fanboy, but college football is second to none for me. I haven't missed getting NCAA on release in years. I don't plan on changing that anytime soon.

To each his own, though. I can see where waiting might be worthwhile for others. But me? Can't wait.
