Anyone above 85% was considered very clean and fair. It was hard to get much higher than that because there were so many idiots who'd leave you negative feedback no matter what. I had a solid 93% feedback that I was always proud of and wouldn't play anyone lower than an 85% usually.

It's too bad EA's system isn't more like this.
