I could have made a longer one too. At 83 yards I still had plenty of distance. That pennant is just ridiculous. You can kick it out of the stadium on every kickoff.

yeah, even aiming straight up on kickoffs, you'll kick it inside the 20. Usually, you'll get the ball, unless they fair catch it. Anyway, back to the OP. I kicked a 114 yarder with the pennant, the game was in the bag, so I figured, what the heck. That pennant could be toned down a bit, I think.
I recruited an A+ guy who kicked one that was 60+ without the pennant (on Heisman), but I don't remember the exact yardage. I know there wasn't much wind, as I was playing in Tallahassee, where there never is unless it's raining.

I dont think the pennants need to be toned down. They are basically for screwing around anyway, least in my opinion. Can be a nice change of pace to rack up a bunch of hi stats on a temporary dynasty and see what the SI covers say, I'll have to try it sometime. But I would never use any penants in a "normal" dynasty. Thats just me though...

My longest fieldgoal of my current dynasty is like 35 yards! That is an accomplishment too because I cant kick for !@#$ on heisman, so even a 20 yardder gives me fits.
